Please keep in mind, this is a one woman show and items are carefully packaged especially for you! I strive to prepare and pack your order as quickly as possible while still retaining the highest quality and care. My average processing time is 3 business days, but could extend as far as 10 during busy seasons. Thank you for your patience!

✷ FOR US DOMESTIC ORDERS

Estimated Timeframe: Up to 1 week after it leaves my studio

✷ FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Estimated Timeframe: 2-4 weeks after it leaves my studio (Thank you for your patience! Some countries may see additional shipping delays)

✷ LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact USPS promptly. They will be your point of contact to resolve any issues once the package has left my studio. Refunds and replacements will not be provided for orders that are lost in transit or misdelivered. Please check with neighbors, other tenants of your household, and your mail carrier to see where your package may have ended up. If you need documentation to file a claim with USPS, please let me know!
