RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All products are final sale, and I do not accept returns or exchanges.

HOWEVER, if your item arrives damaged, something is missing from your order, or you received the wrong item, please contact me at hello@cloudmilkstudio.com. I'll make sure you're taken care of!

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, you must let me know within 30 minutes of when the order was placed at hello@cloudmilkstudio.com. I’ll do my best to cancel any orders after this period, but once production begins or your order ships, I can no longer cancel the order. Thank you for understanding!
