You’re always paying ahead for next month’s mail.

No matter when you're billed during the month, that payment goes toward the following month's mail. Here are some examples to help:

You joined/are billed March 5th, you'll receive April's mail

You joined/are billed July 31st, you'll receive August's mail

You joined/are billed October 2nd, you'll receive November's mail

So no matter when in the month you join, you're always getting the next round of happy mail!

Nope! Once you join, your membership renews automatically each month until you choose to cancel. It’s totally hands-off, so you never miss a month of mail!

Yes! You can cancel your membership at any time through your Patreon settings! That said, here’s something really important to know:

If you don’t want to receive the next month’s snail mail, make sure to cancel before your next billing date.

Patreon charges you when you first sign up, and then again on that same day each month.

As an example, if you signed up on May 4th:

You’ll be charged again on the 4th of every month.

Once you're billed, your name is automatically added to my spreadsheet for the next round of snail mail — and at that point, your spot is locked in!

If you cancel after May 4th → your June mail is still on the way (since it’s past the billing date and has already been paid for). Cancelling after May 4th means you won’t be charged again on June 4th to receive July's mail.

If you ever need to take a break, I definitely recommend setting a little reminder for the day before your billing date — just so you have time to cancel if needed. I totally understand that things come up, and I’m always so thankful for every bit of support. 🤍
