RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All products are final sale, and I do not accept returns or exchanges.

HOWEVER, if your item arrives damaged, something is missing from your order, or you received the wrong item, please contact me at hello@cloudmilkstudio.com. I'll make sure you're taken care of!

CANCELLATIONS

Changed your mind? No worries! Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.

If more than 1 hour has passed but your shipping label has not yet been created, you may still request to cancel your order. In this case, your order total will be refunded as Cloud Milk Studio store credit rather than returned to your original payment method.

Once a shipping label has been created, your order has entered the fulfillment process and can no longer be canceled or modified.

If you need to request a cancellation, please email hello@cloudmilkstudio.com as soon as possible with your order number.
